You may return your Hartpury purchase(s) within 28 days from receipt for a full refund or exchange. Without a receipt (or other proof of purchase), or if the return falls outside of this period, or the item is worn, damaged or not in its original packaging, XBlades Sports will not accept the returned items.
XBlades Sports will only accept returns from purchase(s) that have been made directly from www.hartpuryshop.com. If your item(s) have been purchased via one of our authorised retailers please see the information at the bottom of the page for further information.
All Personalised Items are non-returnable and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept the return of underwear. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We strongly recommend that customers use a recorded, trackable service to return items as Hartpury accepts no responsibility for returned items which are lost or stolen in the post.
Please note that we will not refund exchange/return postage costs. In certain circumstances only where it is deemed the fault of XBlades Sports for the exchange/refund of an item, the cost of postage to return the original item(s) may be refunded to the customer. If you feel this is applicable to you please enclose a receipt of postage. Without a receipt of postage no refund of postage will be given.
Refunds will only be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase. Refunds will be processed within 2 working days of receiving the return purchase, but may take up to 5 working days to clear back into customers account.
If an exchange is required it will be sent back to the customer via standard delivery within 2 working days of receiving the item.
Damaged or Defective Products
For XBlades, quality is paramount. We thoroughly test all our products in real-life conditions to ensure they are fully capable of standing up to the uses for which they were designed. It is extremely rare for our products to be damaged or defective.
Returned damaged products are inspected by XBlades Management and refunded/replaced if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications. Please note the life expectancy of any Hartpury product depends on the individual using the product, the conditions of use, and the characteristic wear patterns of the user. Hartpury products damaged by normal wear and tear, abuse or negligence, have exceeded the reasonable life of the product are not refunded/replaced.
Returns Purchased From An Authorised Outlet
If you have purchased a Hartpury product from one of our authorized retailers you are required to return you purchase to the retailer that the purchase was originally made. Please be aware each retailers have their own specific return policies and requirements for returns. This includes all purchases including faulty items.
